ROTTEN by Josie White - Rapid Response Scheme
Calling all writers! This is your chance to have your work performed at Birmingham Rep.
As part of our upcoming production of ROTTEN, we are running a Rapid Response initiative for three writers to create short pieces responding to the themes of the play. Information on how to take part and dates for the rapid response below.
A bit about the play
In this Hitchcock meets Lord of the flies drama: Saoirse, Coco and Sonia are struggling to make ends meet in London. Their shared dream of becoming successful actors is dwindling away quicker than their bank balances, and their only joy comes from spying on their rich neighbours' antics. Through their living room window the girls have a front row seat into the life of: The honourable Iris Montague-Willis, and when the girls spot Iris in a compromising position, they see their chance to cash in.
